Position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with a four-year degree in graphic design or a related field, with proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Flash, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strength in web design is also important.
Highly collaborative environment involves working in tandem with fellow designers, writers, project managers and account executives. Every project is unique in purpose and scope, requiring an analytical and creative approach to reach an optimal communications design solution.
The ideal candidate for this position is creative, self-directed, organized, flexible, adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be a natural problem solver, able to produce multiple ideas, accurate solutions and high-quality work under the pressures of time and cost constraints.
