Prior to joining Williams Group, Rick worked as a computer consultant providing innovative solutions and support for a variety of businesses. In addition to extensive real-world experience, Rick is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2k) and holds the Novell CNE networking certification and the CompTia A+ technical certification. He has been a member of the Williams Group team since 1997.
