Anticipating the 100th anniversary of the first U.S. community foundation, the Council on Foundations Community Foundations Leadership Team developed a set of strategies for the future of this growing field. 

Working with a core client team, Williams Group developed an online survey inviting strategy feedback, to which more than 320 practitioners in the field responded, heartily validating the team's plan and providing broad perspective for ongoing work. In addition to analyzing survey results, Wg provided writing and design to communicate the strategic plan in a brochure, through a presentation, and with meeting support tools to invite participation. All received a positive reception at the community foundation fall conference.
