The newsletter had long been an update for Fetzer Institute's close inner circle. To support a growing audience of subscribers holding a varied range of interests, the Institute asked Williams Group to help revamp the publication. Wg worked with Institute staff to conduct audience research and develop a communication strategy, then implemented the first issue based on a new design template and refined editorial voice.
