The idea behind Experience Corps—to engage the talents of adults over 55 as mentors, tutors and role models in schools across the country—was a simple but innovative concept. Experience Corps program sites needed tools to help educate their communities and recruit older adult participants. Williams Group created customizeable public service announcements that each Experience Corps site could run on local television networks to reach potential mentors and tutors.
