Online communications are a central tool for reaching grantees, trustees, peer foundations and policy makers. The Duke Endowment shares a wealth of knowledge and highlights the work of its grantees in video, photography and narrative form. The Endowment asked Williams Group to help transform its online presence, increase awareness of its grantmaking strategies and support its strategic communication plan.

• A redesigned website built in Joomla! features issue briefs, an interactive grantseeker eligibility quiz and a searchable grants database
• A quarterly e-newsletter shares insights and spotlights grantee stories, drawing people to learn more on the website
• Annual reports have gone online too, helping the Endowment reach people while preserving resources
